These terms regulate the relationship between GiddyPay Limited (RC NO: 1755785) and its Users (individuals and corporate entities). 

• GiddyPay services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above and legitimate corporate entities. 
• Any use of our services by minors or unauthorized organizations is strictly prohibited. 

• Users must register an account and complete KYC verification to access full services. 
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. 
• Users must report any unauthorized access immediately. 

GiddyPay provides a range of services, including but not limited to: 

✔ Financial Services (wallet transactions, money transfers, bill payments)
✔ E-commerce & Logistics (order processing, delivery, escrow services)
✔ Personalized Errands & Bookings
✔ Crypto Transactions (secure digital asset transactions) 

• Users agree to receive email and mobile notifications for transactions and updates.
• Sensitive details (e.g., passwords) will never be included in notifications.

GiddyPay provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for: 

• Website or app errors, delays, or interruptions. 
• User reliance on third-party content or external links. 
• Service fees & transaction costs (which are non-refundable). 

• GiddyPay may suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent activity.
• We comply with law enforcement and court orders regarding account disclosures. 

• Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration; unresolved cases will be handled by competent Nigerian courts. 

Users must: 

✔ Comply with all applicable laws (including AML, data protection, and tax laws).
✔ Provide accurate information and keep their account details updated.
✔ Use our services responsibly without engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities. 

Users must never:
🚫 Circumvent or interfere with GiddyPay security features.
🚫 Share false or misleading information.
🚫 Engage in unauthorized advertising, hacking, or spamming. 

• GiddyPay reserves the right to update these Terms of Use without prior notice. 
• Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 

• GiddyPay primarily operates in Nigeria. Users outside Nigeria must comply with their local laws. 

• By submitting feedback or ideas, users grant GiddyPay full ownership of such materials.
